Join us for a casual welcome reception at Iron Bar & Lounge NYC, a lively gastropub known for its craft beers, gourmet bar bites, and relaxed lounge atmosphere. It’s a great chance to meet other creators and managers, settle into the trip, and kick things off together before the full day at TikTok Headquarters.

This is an informal meet-up to connect and enjoy the evening with the group. Please note that food and drinks will be available for purchase, but will not be provided by the agency for this event.

NY Bagels for Breakfast

9:00a - 10:00a

Start your morning with a classic New York staple. We’ll have a light breakfast available on the 2nd floor of the hotel from 9:00–10:00 AM, featuring fresh bagels from Broad Nosh Bagels along with juice and water. This is a quick, grab-and-go option before the day’s events, so feel free to stop by, fuel up, and get ready for what’s ahead.

Departure to TikTok HQ

10:15a

We’ll meet in the lobby of the Paramount Hotel at Le Parisien Bakery before heading over to TikTok Headquarters. This French-inspired bakery is the perfect place to grab a quick coffee, hot chocolate, or a light breakfast before we start the day.

From flaky croissants and delicate tarts to a wide selection of espresso drinks, juices, teas, and more, it’s a great spot to ease into the morning.

​

We will leave promptly at 10:15 AM, so please plan to arrive a little early if you’d like time to enjoy something from the bakery before we head out together.

TikTok Headquarters

11:00a - 4:00p

151 W 42nd St, New York, NY 10036 (10 minute walk)

We’ll walk together as a group to TikTok Headquarters. It’s only about a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel and with a group our size, much time will be needed to process through security.

​

When we arrive, we’ll register at the front desk. You will need to show the QR code from your TikTok invite along with a valid photo ID. TikTok requires a photo ID for all guests entering the building.

​

After a brief tour of the space, we’ll spend a couple of hours in the TikTok studio and surrounding area. This is your time to create content, go LIVE, and experience the studio environment. There will also be moments when creators will have the opportunity to step into the main studio and create content for both themselves and the agency.

​

When it’s your time to shine, be ready! We’ll help with camera angles, lighting, and audio so everything looks and sounds great. Just make sure you’re dressed to impress and ready for content.

Group Dinner

7:00 - 9:30p

Tony's Di Napoli - Time Square (5 minute walk)

Enjoy a group dinner with fellow creators and managers as we celebrate an incredible trip together. This relaxed, family-friendly restaurant serves a prix fixe menu of homestyle Southern Italian meals, making it the perfect place to unwind, share stories from the day, and spend time with the JAAAH community. This dinner is meant to be a time to relax, connect, and celebrate everything you’ve accomplished to earn your spot on this trip.
